SAA-C03 provides the AWS architecture foundation required before specializing in DevOps. Understanding how AWS services fit together is essential for designing effective CI/CD pipelines.
DVA-C02 adds application development depth — Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and AWS developer tooling. This is the development side of DevOps that SAA-C03 does not fully cover.
DOP-C02 is the advanced DevOps credential covering CI/CD pipeline design, infrastructure as code, and high-availability deployment strategies. Requires either SAA-C03 or DVA-C02 as a prerequisite.
